Frequently Asked Questions
How do I fill out each form?
The forms (reports) are completed in the same manner as the current manually
completed forms. Instructions are located on the help menu of each form.
How do I create an account?
After clicking on the Create Account menu selection a screen will be displayed
which asks you to enter the following information:

LCB License Number – Your 6-digit LCB license number.

Access Code – This number is contained in the letter you received from
LCB. If you do not have this number you must contact LCB at (360) 664-1721.

User Name – This is the name used to login.

Password – This is the password used
to login. Your passwords must be 9-16 characters in length and contain at
least one special character (such as !@#$%^&*).

E-mail – This is the E-mail address you use for sending and receiving
E-mail.

Security Question – Select a question to use as your security question.

Security Answer – Enter the answer to your security question. The
Security Answer is not case sensitive.
How do I Change my password?
In the event that you need to change your password
you are required to enter your current password and then the new password
followed by a confirmation of the new password. Passwords must be 9-16
characters in length and contain at least one special character (such as
!@#$%^&*).
How do I change my e-mail?
After selecting the Change E-mail menu option you only
need to enter the new E-mail address, re-enter the new E-mail address to
confirm it, and click the Submit button.
What if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, select "Forgot your Password?" under the Log In bar on the login
screen. After you select this option enter your User Name and a temporary
password will be E-mailed to your e-mail address on file.
What if I forget my user name?
If you have forgotten your user name you select "Forgot your User Name?" under the Log In bar on the login screen.
After you select this option you are asked to enter your E-mail address. Enter
the E-mail address and click the Submit button. Your user name will be
E-mailed to your e-mail address on file.
What if I forget both my user name and e-mail address?
If you have forgotten your e-mail address and user name you must contact LCB at
(360) 664-1721 or send e-mail to

A new access code will
be mailed to your mailing address on file within 7 to 10 days.
Can I file electronically and mail the payment?
Yes, you may mail your payment after filing online. However, your report will not
be processed until the payment is received.
Be sure to include your printed
report forms.

How does electronic payment work?
Electronic Payments are administered by US Bank
The first time you use electronic payment you will create a user name and
password at the US Bank website. The US Bank website will ask you to provide
your check account number and bank routing numbers to authorize electronic
withdrawals. On subsequent visits you will not need to reenter your account
and routing numbers.
Can I pay a previous balance electronically?
Previous balances can be included when filing online. All correspondence
regarding previous balances will be mailed to your mailing address on file.
